Return Policy

Delivery Failure: Our dear customer & user has the right to request full refund in case the delivery of bought products failed to reach them in 15 days after the estimated delivery period, or in case no estimated period of delivery was available, then they might request total refund in 45 days after payment(s) have been made.

After-Sale Guarantee: Our dear customer & user: in case you were not contented with the product you bought, you have the right to request a total refund within 30 days after the delivery of the first version, and within 15 days after the delivery of last update(s). But to do so, you have to write us the reason(s) of such dissatisfaction.

Program not identical to description. Our dear customer & user is entitled to full or partial refund, that’s if the program substantially or in great part differs from what has been discussed, and such request can be made within a period of only 30 days after delivery of first version, or within 15 days after delivery of last update(s). Such total or partial refund will be only accepted, if the feature asked for is programmable, and isn’t connected or related to any external indicator(s), and not connected or related to any third party module or EA. To prove such difference or incompatibility is entirely your responsibility. Back-test, retest or forward test the EA before you make such requests as regarding total or partial refund(s).

Termination Process: A project that is in progress might & could be revoked and/or canceled due to either one or more of the following reasons:

1. Client Termination: If a client has already paid full payment for (a) product(s), and they wish to terminate the process before work starts on it, then we as the operating party may issue a refund equal only to the final payment, which makes about 57% of the full price.
2. Company Termination: If for one or more specific reasons, we; the operator, initiated a termination of a process in progress, we will then return full amount of payment(s) to the client(s).
A request of refund from any client will be verified within 15 days after the request(s) have been made, and such requests will be processed ASAP, but only in 15 days after such request(s) have been accepted. 4. If reason(s) provided by client is/are related to beneficialness, profitability and/ or earnings. Such reasons and claims are refuted, because we can only program based on client’s specifics, thus it is up to client, how to plan for earnings with their own marketing & promotion strategy.
5. Client haven’t yet paid the full price of product(s), or asked for lowering price of product(s).

If one or more of the aforementioned cases apply to you, but you provided us with a good reasonable reason, you may qualify to regain partial or even full refund, but this is a matter entirely up to us. Any misuse or abuse of refund request(s) will result in excluding client from the website’s service(s).
If in any case, a refund request is unaccepted due to one or more of the previously written reasons and/ or cases, the client has the right to apply for partial refund amount that is matches the first or in advance payment, which can reach up to 43% of the full price of product(s) bought.

Customer Responsibility

Client is asked to give us total and precise information in writing, along with sending all custom indicator(s) or external applications/ products that may be necessary for the completion of a process. Client imposes a duty on us to contact them if more information were needed, up to the extent where we may properly address all incompatibilities and problems. Nonetheless, we as the operating party we will not; in any case, be responsible or held accountable for any misunderstanding caused by unfinished, lacking or defective description, thus we there’s the potential of charging client justly for the additional work put into completing a process.

Once the client receives (a) program(s), it is their duty and responsibility to test them thoroughly and in great detail in order to make sure that it is operating in accordance their specifications. For the client will have to send us logs, screenshots or other documentation when they report the occurrence(s) of errors, problems or other matters regarding trading issues. We hold the right to deny and thus refuse issuing refund(s) if client failed to provide such conclusive proof, or if they run into problems as to setting-up, running and/ or testing (a) program(s).

Custom Indicators

Custom indicators are intended for client’s use project(s), but they should be aware of the fact that they might not function as designed for and may cause undesired problems, and might not even fit the criteria sought after by an Expert Advisors. We assume no responsibility for technical issues related to custom indicators and advise client(s) to contact the genuine authenticated programmer for aid regarding such matters.
